Increased emphasis on our Guests

So we wrapped up the 2012 business plan for the casino last week. Our main goal and emphasis for the new year will be to focus on improving guest services across the organization at all points we interact with our guests. We get alot of great input from you (our valued guest) via email, from facebook, over the phone, in person and through our comment cards. We review this information weekly in our marketing meetings. We value your input, and we try hard to improve daily to provide the best offers, the most fun, and an overall rewarding experience when you visit us.
Although we feel we offer solid guest service, we want to be the best in the area! Our focus on improvement should be noticed in the upcoming months.
